Consanguinity is a noun meaning a close relationship or connection such as in kinship.

Martin did a happy dance after the DNA tests revealed there was no consanguinity between him and the infant girl his ex-wife claimed was his.

The character of Wally in the comic strip Dilbert bludges incredibly well and seems to be happiest person in the office.
